How can I contact you?
You can reach us through our Contact page in the menu. We're open to any questions or concerns you may have.
What if my items arrive damaged?
We sincerely apologize if that happens, it’s rare but possible during shipping.
In this scenario you have a 14 day period after receiving your item where you can receive a full refund upon returning your item. Simply send a photo of the damage through our contact page, put it back in the box and ship it back to us using the shipping label sent to you via email. The refund should then enter your account in 2-3 days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can modify or cancel orders if you contact us during our open hours and within 12 hours of purchasing.
(Open hours: 7AM-7PM Monday-Sunday)
After that, your order is sent for processing and can’t be changed however you can still return it after it arrives if needed.
How does shipping work?
- Currently we ship to UK and USA but we are looking to ship worldwide soon.
- We offer £1.50 shipping or entirely free shipping on all orders over £45.
- Almost all products arrive in less than 2 weeks, however some extra large items may take longer.
Will I be charged any unexpected fees?
Most of our products ship without any additional import charges. However, some larger items made in our overseas factories may occasionally incur import duties or VAT upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs regulations for accurate information on potential fees.
